This fall, in collaboration with Mrs. Kathy Huggins from Saint Mark’s Parish in Sutton, parishioners Alieya Biggins and Julia Taranto are bringing CGS to parish families with children in PreK - K (3 -5 years old). As Father Michael Hoye begins his pastoral assignment at Saint Mark’s, we have a beautiful opportunity to work together and bring CGS to our Saint Mary’s family in an already established and thriving atrium.
The atrium experience allows children to encounter the grace of God in a profound way, while also giving everyone the joy of coming together in community. Each session will include the opportunity to attend Mass at Saint Mark’s with Father Michael, ensuring a continued friendly connection to Saint Mary’s. This is such a unique and Spirit-led opportunity for both parishes to join in unity! We truly feel the Holy Spirit at work.
As we prepare for our first sessions this fall, there are two session options. When you complete your registration below, you can indicate your preference of day/time, but this does not lock you into your choice.
Atrium Sessions:
Sundays: Held at Saint Mark’s between their 8:00 am & 10:30 am Masses, allowing families to attend Mass together.
Wednesdays: Held at Saint Mark’s following their 9:00 am daily Mass.
Scheduling Notes
To help ease the transition into the atrium, our first class will be shortened to about 30 minutes. Please see below for how this will affect the first week’s schedule on both days:
Sunday, September 14th
The atrium session will begin at 9:30 am (a half hour later than the usual 9:00 am start).
Wednesday, September 16th
The atrium session will begin at its regular time of 9:45 am but will run for 30 minutes instead of the usual full hour.
Please note: We are blessed with the opportunity to join Saint Mark’s (and Father Michael!) for Mass on both days. Daily Mass is offered at 9:00 am, and on Sundays Mass is available at 8:00 am and 10:30 am.
