Here are the requirements for children who wish to receive First Holy Communion in our parish below  (If you are an adult please see the O.C.I.A. page here):

• Your child must have been baptized in the Catholic Church

• You and your family must attend Mass regularly each week

• If your child is not enrolled in a Catholic School, your family must participate in the Religious Education Program in the parish
  

• You and your child must attend the First Holy Communion Rehearsal

• Your child should know how to:

  • Make the sign of the cross

  • Recite the Lord's Prayer

  • Recite the Hail Mary Prayer

  • Recite the Glory Be Prayer

  • Recite the Act of Contrition

• Your family must be registered parishioners in Saint Mary Parish. If you are not registered and would like to register please contact the parish office at 508-278-3777 or click here to contact the Parish Office.
