We will be observing our 7th annual 40 Hours of Devotion from March 1-3, 2026
40 Hours Devotion (Adoration) is a long-held tradition in the church and we now hold this parish-wide prayer opportunity during Lent. During the 40 Hours, the Eucharist, the living Christ, is exposed in the Monstrance.
It is a wonderful time for prayer, reflection, reconciliation, and worship. You can see by the below schedule that Adoration is not held overnight, but runs over three days. You are invited to come and pray at anytime during Adoration for any amount of time you can offer.
Behind the scenes, our parish ministries each cover an hour of the Adoration. So people involved in those ministries are invited to come during their ministry time, but are invited to come at other times also.
If you read the below schedule you will see that we have time for quiet prayer, Scriptural reflections, praise and worship music, praying of the rosary and the Divine Chaplet, Divine Office, litanies, and time specifically for small children with the Tiny Disciples. Although everyone is invited to attend at any time!!
We firmly believe that this time in prayer strengthens our parish, our families, each other and the world. In prayer, we can pray for one another, offer our intentions, praise God, and call upon the Holy Spirit for guidance and discernment. Please join us as we come together in prayer and worship of our Lord.
